Bernice Denman Dyck was honored at the All-Alumni dinner on Saturday May 4. Bernice graduated from Fresno High in 1936 and is one of the original founding members of the Fresno High Alumni Association. She will be 100 in October 2019. Bernice is standing with her oldest son, Harry Dyck, Jr who graduated from FHS in 1959 in front of a board which highlights some of her accomplishments throughout the years.

The event was held on the street in front of Fresno High for the 21st time. What started out as a very warm event ended up very nice and cool by the time dinner was served by FHS Senate members around 7:00. Dinner was catered by Gary Lanfranco from Cosmopolitan Restaurant. The dessert auction was lots of fun for those bidding on their favorites and the FHS band received half of the $500 generated in the 50/50 raffle.

Next year’s event will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2020.
